Die Fotoreise zum Goldladen (28-30 Nov 2025)

We were so looking forward to going for this trip. The photo trip to Toko Emas. To capture the silhouette of Borobudur during sunset.

For me, Borobudur had been a long-overdue photo destination, as I had always wanted to do it with my dad, along with Labuan Bajo, as we talked about these many years ago, before COVID. So, I felt happy that I finally did it, with my friends, my photographer friends, Sahabat Alfred Gare 😉.

And that was the first road trip with my car!

The first stop, on 29th morning, was Tombokboyo, an area between Semarang and Magelang and captured sone photos;

The next stop was Nepal van Java, Magelang, on the slope of Sumbing mt.

Then later the evening, the long-awaiting destination, view from the legendary toko emas rooftop, somewhere in Magelang:

On the next day, we joined the Borobudur sunrise tour, we arrived in Borobudur at 4 am, started to walk with the rest of the tour participants from Manohara hotel at 5ish, just about to pass the blue hours. I did managed to take some captures at that time;
