I saw a clip from that Walter Mitty movie again— my favourite one;

If I like a moment, I don’t like the distraction between me and my camera. So I stay.

Many times, I discover something whose quiet attraction reveals itself the longer I linger.

You don’t photograph what is spectacular. You photograph what reveals itself to someone who stayed.
